Fury dedicates win to new baby
"For the past two-and-a-half years this is all that consumed my life, broken rib, denied access and everyone thought I was running scared," says an emotional Tommy Fury.
"Tonight I made my own legacy. I am Tommy Fury. I want to dedicate this fight to my new baby girl Bambi at home and my Mrs, I love you and I can’t wait to see you.
"This fight was for you. This belt is for you, Bambi. I love you.
"I had a dream and a vision I would win this fight. No one believed me. Now I can stand up and everyone can take note. It’s my first main event at 23 years old, I had a world of pressure on me and I came through.
"This to me is a world title fight. This was my dream and this was my destiny. This was my fate. I want to thank Saudi Arabia for having me. I love you all for having me and for turning out."

Paul hints at rematch
"All respect to Tommy, he won," says Jake Paul in his post-fight interview with Radio Rasim.
"Don't judge me by my wins, judge me by my losses. I'll come back and get the rematch.
"It was a great fight, a close fight. I don't know if I agree with the judges. I got a 10-8 round twice.
"It is what it is but I've already won in life. I've won in every single way, I have amazing family, amazing friends and an amazing work ethic.
"Honestly, I felt flat, I got sick really bad twice in this camp, and injured my arm, but I lost, I'm not making excuses. It wasn't my best performance."

Fury wins via split decision
Both fighters shake hands in a welcome display of sportmanship before the official verdict is announced by Michael Buffer... and it's Tommy Fury via split decision!
The Brit celebrates wildly with his team before bursting into tears as Jake Paul bows his head and wanders away.
There was an awful lot of pressure on Fury's shoulders to deliver tonight and his immediate reaction is one of pure relief.

Round eight
Jake Paul knocks Tommy Fury down in the final round!
The Brit is claiming that he slipped but the referee is not convinced and gives the count.
Fury rises back to his feet and looks relatively unhurt before landing a few powerful shots of his own.
Both fighters continue to trade blows until the bell rings for the last time to bring an end to a thrilling contest.
Will that late knockdown be enough for Paul to claim an impressive victory on the judges' scorecards?
Archie Griggs
Round seven
Tommy Fury wastes no time in delivering a three-punch combination out of the blocks before Jake Paul buys a moment to recover by initiating a clinch.
The American is still in with a chance of winning the contest but looks fatigued in comparison to Fury, who is landing with a greater level of efficiency as things stand.
A strong final round from TNT should see him pull through on the scorecards unless there is a late stoppage.
Archie Griggs
Round six
Jake Paul continues to throw wild haymakers at Tommy Fury as he looks for a stoppage but is struggling to land many of them.
The Brit appears to have picked up some damage to his nose before he sees a point taken away for excessive holding!
That will be a boost for Paul, who has been marginally second-best throughout the fight but still has two rounds left to swing the judges or send Fury crashing to the canvas.
Archie Griggs
Round five
Jake Paul lands heavily with another good shot before he has a point deducted for hitting the back of Tommy Fury's head!
He is warned by the referee before the fight resumes but responds well by connecting with a big overhand right.
Fury then rushes in to unleash a strong right hand of his own before the bell brings an end to round five.
Archie Griggs
Round four
Tommy Fury lands a flurry at the start of the round to draw plenty of cheers from the fans in attendance at the Diriyah Arena.
Jake Paul responds with a short right hand before he is caught by three clean shots from Fury!
The American then manages to connect with a powerful left hand before the bell rings to mark the halfway point of this eight-round contest.
Archie Griggs
Round three
Jake Paul is beginning to find his feet, with the YouTube star making better use of his jab than he did in the first two rounds.
Tommy Fury is doing well to stay outside Paul's range but is regularly lunging forward to land blows from close quarters.
Both fighters are starting to grow into the occasion and we certainly have a scrap on our hands!
Archie Griggs
Round two
Jake Paul is trying to entice Tommy Fury into using his jab with the aim of counter-punching to exploit the gaps.
Fury is using his experience well but Paul will continue to look for his chance to hurt his opponent as the bout continues.
Archie Griggs
Round one
Tommy Fury comes flying out of the blocks with a quick combination after just a few seconds before using his jab to keep Jake Paul at a comfortable range.
He then lands the first meaningful shot of the fight as the bell rings to end the first round.
It's a scrappy opening exchange but the Brit looks to have edged it with some sensible boxing to give Paul some food for thought.

Here we go
The two fighters are introduced to the crowd by Michael Buffer after their respective national anthems are played out and we're just about ready to get going at the Diriyah Arena.
It has been a frantic week of pre-fight build-up, with plenty of verbal jibes firing across from both camps, but all the talking finally stops now.
Stay tuned to find out who will come out on top over the next eight rounds of boxing...

Paul makes Fury wait
Jake Paul makes Tommy Fury wait before finally emerging from his dressing room in an all-black top with matching shorts.
The Problem Child is met with a smattering of boos but also seems to be laser-focused without a hint of nerves. Is it a sign of things to come or just an act of bravado?
Archie Griggs
Fury first out
Tommy Fury dons a white gown with the name of his new baby, Bambi, emblazoned across the chest as he makes his way into the ring.
The Brit looks like he means business and will be desperate to make a fast start to proceedings when that first bell rings...

It's time for the main event!
The legendary Michael Buffer is in position with a microphone in his hand and we are just minutes away from welcoming both fighters into the ring.
Will Jake Paul be able to lay down a huge marker with a statement victory tonight? Or will Tommy Fury protect his family name by making light work of the YouTube star?

Almaayouf wins thrilling brawl
A hugely entertaining four-round brawl between Ronald Martinez and Ziyad Almaayouf ends with the former/latter gaining a unanimous points decision to claim the spoils at the end of another undercard bout.
Almaayouf was dropped in the opening minutes but recovered well to get himself back into the contest and was rewarded with a well-earned victory, although both men managed to land their fair share of heavy blows over the course of the fight.
Badou Jack will be up next as he aims to snatch the WBC cruiserweight title away from Ilunga Makabu before the main event of the evening, which will see Jake Paul do battle with Tommy Fury.

Jake Paul has touched down at the Diriyah Arena and is donning a black balaclava ahead of tonight's battle with Tommy Fury, who arrived earlier this evening.
Jake's brother and fellow YouTube star Logan has already predicted a quick end to the bout, telling BT Sport: "Tommy has a pretty face, but that pretty face is hitting the canvas tonight.
"I think there’s going to be a knockout. Tommy can go back to Love Island. I can’t see any way that he pulls this off tonight."

John Fury slams Paul backers
John Fury has been in typically fiery form this week and has launched an attack on some members of the British boxing fraternity who are backing Jake Paul to beat Tommy Fury this evening.
"All those so-called professionals from our own country, that’s disgusting by the way," he said.
“When I see them, I’m going to personally slap them straight in the teeth for going against a professional athlete who’s fighting a YouTuber.
"But that’s what they deserve, I’ve got no respect for them whatsoever. I never want to see any of them again, they’re useless at what they do, and they all want sacking."

Fury's team deny script rumours
Tommy Fury's team have outright denied the possibility of tonight's bout having a fixed result amid rumours circulating on social media relating to a 'script' that was leaked yesterday.
Fury's brother Shane has since rubbished the claims by telling iFL TV: "I’ve heard a WhatsApp that Tommy is getting £7m to take a dive or something or to lose on points.
"No, listen if Tommy can win, Tommy will win it. You hear a lot about this with fights getting rigged, not with our team but with other teams and that.
"Tyson has been in boxing for 15 years and no one has ever come and done any skullduggery or anything like that.
"It’s easy to say something like this is rigged, but I’ve never seen it first hand and that’s a load of bulls***."

Good evening
Hello and welcome to Express Sport's live coverage of tonight's highly-anticipated fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia.
The pair will finally trade blows after months of verbal sparring at the Diriyah Arena, which previously hosted Anthony Joshua's victory over Andy Ruiz Jr in their rematch back in 2019.
Opinion appears to be split over who will come out on top later tonight, with Paul the slight bookies' favourite ahead of the first bell in spite of his limited boxing experience.
We'll be on hand to guide you through the action over the coming hours, with a full undercard set to take place before the main event begins at around 9.30pm.
