@BrentAxeMedia The ACC Network so far has poorly served SU and probably others. It’s coverage area is limited (Comcast not picking up the Network is a big part of this) and this week’s situation is a prime example of the limited options when there’s a conflict.

@comcastcares probably the worst service ever. I did all the steps I knew I would be asked to do. Then spent 15 minutes navigating the worst phone menu where I was told to do all of those steps (of course), and then the system hung up on me!

@ksugiuraajc @LukeDeCock Hopefully, if they can get Disney+ streaming on Comcast boxes ..they can figure this out.. to avoid another ACC hoops season on a streaming network that won’t align with every other ESPN app permission as Comcast service.

What happened to customer service and speaking to a human agent - this past week or so has nee horrible - forget @EversourceCT who doesn’t even understand the meeting of customer service - but now @Xfinity - can’t get to a human being without waiting “20-30 minutes”?

@TMobile the worse customer service ever. After a one hour phone call I was told that home internet is available in my area and then learned it’s isn’t after receiving the item. 1 hour today to return item. No one is competent. I will stay with Comcast after this experience
